Etymo

Ètymo, as the name suggests (the true, real meaning of a word), is about backtracking, going
back to the beginning, to create via subtraction. This applies, of course, to agronomic
decisions because the Colli Euganei (Euganean Hills) are a varied, complex and stratified
geographical area, the starting point from which to give shape to a synthesis. And, of course,
this is our aim: to search, year in, year out, for the essence or pure form of this territory.
