Il Giangio Gambellara Classico

The Garganega grapes harvested in the historic hillside vineyards in Gambellara are immediately pressed to ensure aromatic integrity.

The wine is straw-yellow in colour with golden highlights and releases a fruity aroma of fresh fruit and white flowers, cradled as it is throughout the sunny season. Apple and melon precede the inviting finish on the nose.

On the palate, the gentleness of the mouthfeel is accompanied by a fresh tingling sensation that is cheerful and bright, contrasting beautifully with a dynamic, sweet body, juxtaposed between white citrus and a delicate trace of almond.

It enhances the flavour of light fish soups, crustaceans, molluscs, but also fresh mushrooms and pasta dishes made with light sauces or with vegetables.
