Berengario delle Venezie Igt

Fermentation takes place in revolving, horizontal vinification tanks at a controlled temperature of between 16° and 18° C. (61° – 64° F.). The wine then matures for 12 months in Allier oak barriques in the Berengario cellar at Zonin’s headquarters at Gambellara, and for a further brief period in bottle before release.

Excellent with red meat dishes (particularly roasts), game or mature cheeses.
